Dunkin'

First time going to this Dunkin, and most probably the last. Service was super slow and the store wasn’t even that busy, we waited in line for 20 minutes. Then our egg and cheese sandwich was made with dirty gloves which they put our eggs on with…. and the cheese was placed on the bare counter, and then put on my sandwich! So gross and definitely not food safe

My daughter and I frequent this dunkin before school. It is the only place to stop for breakfast by Weeki Wachee high school. I’ve never dealt with such rude people. They obviously hate their job. And people. If I was the owner I’d be so embarrassed. They just stare at you at the window. They don’t acknowledge you or even say anything. If you ask for something it’s like they’re so annoyed. You do realize you work in customer service right? Like you chose this job to serve people. If you hate it then quit.

This is a review for this specific location and I never written such a negative review ever before. I drive all over because of the nature of my job, so I have experienced many different locations for this chain. I use the mobile app all the time and for the most part every location has been fairly reliable and consistent in my experience. I have picked up my order here for the last 3 times in a row. My order has been wrong and not made correctly 2 of 3 times. The wait is ridiculously long; 15+ minutes and that is after using the app to order ahead 10-15 minutes before arrival. That places the total time from placing order to picking up a coffee at 30 minutes. This is the most unorganized and and chaotic Dunkin Donuts location I have ever been to. It is not even as busy as some of the other locations I frequent in my travels. I have watched other customers get their food order but not their drink order or vice versa all three times I have been there. I will wait to order somewhere else moving forward as they are not going to get the benefit of a third strike.

This by far was the worst wait time. Total wait time was 27 minutes. minutes from the time I got in line to the window for my order. There were 4 cars ahead of me waiting to order. The only chance I had to pull out of line was when I finally made it to menus board to put in the order. They need to either not take large orders at the window or after thet pay, park them so it holds up the line.

I have tried this Dunkin several times and I've always been disappointed.. their selection of donuts is always low never the ones that other stores carry.. Service is always super slow super unfriendly. There is always a wait and backup in drive through so I don't even bother I have to go inside to get service.I asked for a particular coffee from this store and every single time it never tastes the same it's never done correctly I go to other dunkin with no issues. Today is probably the fourth or fifth time I've tried. I understand it's a newer store but it's been open for several months and they've never gotten it right. If you are on northern US 19 be warned you are doomed for bad coffee and poor service from this dunkin' donuts.
