Mcdonald's

0 stars would’ve been a more ideal rating. After waiting 30+ mins in the drive thru then driving home 15 mins, I opened both Big Mac boxes to see this. I would’ve had to take both sandwiches just to make 1. Needless to say, I had to drive all the way back just for them to refund me on my card and wait another 15 mins to make new meals. I’m sorry, I don’t care if you have “new” staff. It’s your signature burger, your meal #1 burger, and if your employees can’t put burgers on a bun, I really dont have much to say that’s nice. The only person helpful in this situation was the manager on shift, Ashley, who refunded us and had to EMPHASIZE to the cooks in the back to put TWO BURGERS on the sandwich. I guess Ashley can have that 1 star I was forced to leave.

I use to go here for my supper after work sometimes as it was convenient but... my order always was wrong or cold/Luke warm and Id have to wait 10 minutes at 9pm for my food. staff don't seem to care about you or care about there job I ordered 20 nuggets and asked for Mac sauce and they forget it every time and I ask for ranch and they gave me buffalo sauce go to Wendy's or taco bell I wouldnt go back here unless they got better staff who don't slap your food together just to go back and play on there phone also I always heard the employee at the window not know how to do something so maybe train them better

There is no excuse for how bad this place is. I used to work in fast food so I understand if there’s a rush you can easily slack. However when I went there was no rush. There is really no excuse to fill my medium fries up 1/4 of the way, and put a tiny dot of sauce on my chicken sandwich. Just try a little bit there’s really no excuse especially because you’re getting paid for it just put a little effort in. Oh- also, the workers are extremely rude

This place is bad even for McDonald's! They will barely hear your order, translate it how they want and give you what they thought you might have said instead of asking you to repeat the order. I've ordered Mcmuffins and received biscuits instead, ordered three of the same sandwich and got one, asked for only certain toppings and gotten the standard ones, I've been ignored in the drive thru line while the other line moved right along and I've gotten seemingly crushed sandwiches with pickles and toppings on top of the bun. And the woman in the morning on drive thru is so nasal and mumbley that it just sounds like static coming thru the speaker. If your job is to speak it seems like you should be able to speak audibly.
