A wonderful reminder of a dear friend who we always went to this establishment and shared a great experience but sadly she passed away but I'll always will remember.

I've never had any of the issues other ppl are saying. The coffee has always been great and so are the donuts! Even when there are lines at the drive through, it moves quickly and the staff are friendly! Sometimes I've gone in due to the drive through line and I've always been waited on promptly!

This is one of the best Dunkin locations in Rochester. Fast, polite, friendly service. I drive past 2 other Dunkin locations to go to this one because of how good it is. They should send some of the Culver road staff here to train, or just close that location completely.

I am there most often in the early morning, right after they open between 500 and 530am whenever I oversleep. I like to call this early morning crew the A-Team because they always get the order right, and the coffee always tastes right. I never need to worry about checking my order when I go during this time. Food and drink quality is essential, but even more important is customer service. The A-Team is constantly cheerful and pleasant. Remember, this is at 5 am, and most people are still sleeping. These are great employees. I hope they are treated well!

Service is friendly. They have an app and web service for pickups. The place is clean and bright. The menu is attractive and understandable. They have a pickup area in the store and a drive through. Their merchandise is crisp, but usually lacks price tags.

I live near this location and go here all the time. I've been to a LOT of different Dunkins, and this one is very speedy in their service, plus they get my order correct far more often than anywhere else! On the rare occasions that they do make a mistake, I can come back on my lunch break (4 whopping hours later) and they will remake it for me with no hassle, as long as I remember the receipt and give them the messed up drink back (even if I drank part of it). Anytime I order munchkins they throw in a few extra, and if we are lucky with timing sometimes they'll throw in a free donut with our drinks towards the end of the day. The staff is beyond friendly, and over the summer one girl was able to take one look at me and remember that I get liquid sugar in my iced coffee instead of regular sugar!! that's dedication.
