Orient Express

This is the second time they did not include my egg roll order and they refuse to replace or refund because I used Doordash to deliver. Orient Express made the mistake and they have my money. Not okay! The manager tried to act like maybe it was the driver, but my food bag was stapled shut. There are plenty of other restaurants that would like the business. Poor customer service!

Had a order that was only half filled, took it back. No real problem with the the worker (who I found out later was the manager). But had a customer who only heard half the story began to express his opinion and his anger toward me because it was his coworker, friend according to him.. I later called and spoke to the owner who wasn't to interested in what had i had to say because she had problems with me in the past. I brought a order back because it was so salty I couldn't eat it. That was over a year ago. GREAT MEMORY very impressive. Truth is I have had several conversations with her because we used them once or twice a week in the past for ourselves or for others.The reason I called was to talk about what happen with the other customer, but that fell on deaf ears. My advise, you may make a hundred orders, but what ever you do DONT TAKE A ORDER BACK they will make you feel as if you are doing something wrong.Just eat it, just eat.
