Placed an order online for convenience. It was supposed to be ready in about 30 minutes. Well it took almost an hour. Very poor service. This KFC used to be good but apparently whoever is in charge their does not know how to manage the restaurant. I will never order from there again until their is new management.

I eat here fairly often and today I ask if I could get a tiny sample of the Nashville hot sauce to see if I liked it for future purchase. I was told by the manager on duty (on 11-21-19 around noon) yes for the cost of a side which is $1.99. I found this pretty rude and not what I expected from here as most employees are good an friendly people. I'm not sure if he was trying to make an extra buck or what but I know how much business it will cost him as I wont be back. #tristatekfc

Great food and service. One of the cleanest restaurants i have ever been it..... I was so extremely impressed. Just stopped in on our way thru the town....this location should be an example to all restaurants (not just fast food) on how things should be.....would definitely recommend
