Chili's

Excellent service and excellent food. Our waiter bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we ordered and were satisfied with it. Even when we finished our meal, he didn't rush us out because my party was so engrossed in our conversation. No other restaurant would allow patrons to overstay their welcome as we did. Needless to say, we did tip generously for occupying his table for so long. Kudos to the wonderful waiter and management for their kindness and consideration of my party who rarely get to see each other.

Great location! Got some cold fries but they rectified it immediately. 👍🏾 UPDATE: 6/7/19 under the new management of Andy Hall. Service was top notched and he remembered us from years ago when he worked as a server in DE ( and still remembers what we always ordered!) Andy is an all around great guy and its reflected in his restaurant, staff and final product...the food. It was so good i forgot to take a picture and i had no leftovers! We ordered from the 2 for $25 meal deal so we got loaded fries as app, i got traditional ribs, loaded mash and broccoli. ribs were perfectly cooked falling of bone, broccoli still had crunch and the helping of loaded mash was great. my big son got a bacon burger and fries and it was gone quick! we decided on choc chip cookie with ice cream for dessert. toddler got pizza and mandarin oranges. toddler didn't finish last night so he ate the rest for lunch today. thumbs all the way up for Andy and our server i can't remember at the moment.

Personally been there 3 times.first time , bartender wasn't behind the bar often because she was waiting other tables outside of the bar area. Caesar salad lettuce was Brown and was sent back to be replaced with a fresh one. Second visit, was ok, not great. Third visit was absolutely horrible!!! With at least a half full bar, once again the bartender was waitressing tables outside of the bar area. We ordered the 2 for $25 , ribs and the chicken crispers. The first crisper I ate had a strange texture. The second one was just as strange. Wasn't even sure if it was chicken. I asked the person I was with to taste them. She said they were nasty and tasted funny and had a weird texture. She had them before and she said they were good and not like these. She went to the bathroom and was disgusted and how messy it was. We will not be going back.

Stopped in for lunch but hadn't been to Chili's in years. The lettuce in the salad was dated. It was brown. The potatoes in the soup were hard and cold. The waiter took the bowl back but couldn't get the water hot enough to make the potatoes edible. So the chili was ordered in its place and was to thick. The burger was fine. Flavored tea was really sugary. The waiter tried and was apologetic so that counts but the food just didn't get me to the point of adding stars.
