Ordered a a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Impossible Whopper, and a large fry. Everything but the fries came back lukewarm at best, the buns felt like they had just came out of the cooler. The chicken was noticeably cold which was very concerning. When I pulled through and told them this I was met with a very curt response, no customer service, they just took the sandwiches walked away and told me to wait, not one. After waiting I decided I did not feel comfortable eating there and asked for a refund. I was very courteous but I could hear, who I assume was the shift manager, cussing me out from inside the kitchen. Very rude with no sense of customer service. I was one of two customers during this entire event and I was still met with rushed and sub-par service.

Was waiting to place order in drive thru. I could hear arguing inside. Took more than 20 minutes to get from speaker to the window. Food was cold. And 2 employees kept dropping f bombs at each other. Corporate should highly consider closing this location. I can go across the street to a Mexican restaurant, get seated, have chips n salsa, get first round of drinks and have an appetizer in the time it takes me to go thru BK drive thru. This BK sucks!

I have never had a problem with this location until tonight, I will drive to Monroe next time. Say in line for over 30 minutes and never got greeted at the window. I used to work fast food so I try to always greet them and ask them how they are doing but the person never responded. I got two whoppers with cheese no onion no tomato I guess they only put pickles and Mayo on them. They were out of chicken fries so we got nuggets and the center of the nuggets were still partially frozen. Will definitely take my business elsewhere

Super Fast service! Best milkshakes around town! The food is always hot and yummy! Let me just say that the employees go way above and beyond at this Waxhaw location! They run this store like a well oiled machine so customers don't have to wait. They are always so friendly and are guaranteed to make you smile! This is a great all around store!

Worse service I have ever had. Took 21 minutes to get my food. People in the drive thru were just leaving. Drove 20 minutes home to find out the tea we ordered was unsweet. The salad didn't have the dressing. My double and onion rings were non existent and there was no compasion from the employees. There response "tell me your name and I will put it in the book". They have a complaint book. This place sucks.
