My subs were done the way I wanted them without me having to repeat myself numerous times. The store was clean, and the employees working was polite, and friendly. That is the fastest I have ever been able to get in and out of there with food.

Waverly subway has always been my fav one. I will never order from there again. Not only did they not make what I ordered right. But they won't answer my calls. I'm not one to be a negative Nancy. But paying almost $10.00 for a sub that was not what I ordered. Not sure why this happened. But I've called multiple times to let them know how sloppy and nasty my sub was.

Some girl with a nose ring made my sandwich i asked for fresh mozzarella 2 times and she proceeded to put provolone on it and tried to charge me for the fresh instead. This place doesnt even keep their meatballs warm they have to take them from cold and throw them in the oven so now i have meatballs thats cold inside and if i didnt get it toasted the bread would be raw and doughy as always this place is a joke.

Sandwiches tonight were an absolutely mess and the boy behind the counter seem to have no consideration for the customer and the cookies were burnt these were the worst 2 sandwiches we have ever gotten

Honestly we order take out occasionally from here as a quick go to as we are busy people. I’ll say this they’re almost always out of something. Lack communication skills, miss items off your sandwich or salad! New management is truly needed. We’ve learned our lesson.
