Dunkin'

Literal worst Dunkin ever. How hard is it to put the correct cream cheese in a bag? How hard is it to make coffee the way it was ordered? How hard is it to lightly toast a bagel? How hard is it to see a burnt bagel and decide not to just put it in the bag anyways..? Laziest & worst service ever. I LOVE Dunkin but always have a terrible experience here. Everything in my order was wrong.

The one positive I can say about this location is how quickly they process their line. Normally Dunkin's quality is consistent from location to location. This was not the case here. The coffee had been burnt and the hash browns were so oily, cold and overall terrible that I couldn't finish them. Maybe pass on to another Dunkin.

Coffee never tastes the same. I get the same thing everytime and I swear its never once tasted the same. The workers are terrible. They are rude and always seem grumpy. They never actually know what they are doing and cant ever answer questions. My husband refuses to stop here anymore because of his experiences as well. He waited 10 minutes to try and order a Coffee, after loudly asking if anyone was taking orders, he finally walks over the the gas station side to get what he needed and still went back to the dunkin side to try to order a coffee and the entire time there was a recipe in the machine so the machine was beeping and he could see the workers in the back on their phone. He gave up and left. Ive went inside multiple times to order and they take FOREVER but I havent had any time issues going through the drive through (so if you stop at this location I recommend the drive through). Its very unfortunate because i love dunkin but dread stopping here anytime im wanting it.

The most unkind, unfriendly, people who only come to work for a check, work here. There is no compassion or kindness when they mess up your meal, they short you & burn your food, throw it in the bag every time all sloppy. when you ask questions they talk to you in condescending tones. This review isn’t just one experience, it’s EVERY time, twice a week when I go here. If you hate your job, go find something you love because you all and your bad vibes & customer service make my experience negative every single time I come here.

This used to be a pretty good location. All of my drinks and the few food items I have ordered were as expected and served in a timely manner. However, for the last few months, not only has the accuracy decreased, but so has the quality I'm sad to say. On Wednesday 1/23/20 I visited this store via drive thru. I was asked to pull ahead (not a big deal) and when my coffee was brought out to me it was wrong. I had to send it back. My sandwich .. well, I'm surprised someone thought it was ok to serve. The edges of the croissant, sausage, and egg were all burned as well as the cheese. How disappointing. I did give three stars because this place used to be pretty good, but it's on its way down. If the downward spiral is stopped and corrected, I will update this post as well as update amount of stars.
