Ordered this Big Mac… literally meat, cheese, and the buns. Also ordered chicken nuggets, but received none of the sauce we ordered (bbq and sweet and sour)… makes for a bland meal. But received probably 45 ketchups packets… not sure how you make a Big Mac and forget to put everything on it … ? But from the reviews, it sounds like this isn’t new..

Took ten minutes to get acknowledged at the counter. Barely anyone went through the drive through in that time. Girl at the counter rudely explained how rewards points work because I’d never used them before. Took five minutes to get my one sandwich and then the two high schoolers in line behind me apparently knew the girl because they just asked for a medium caramel frappe and got it in like fifteen seconds, without paying. Must be nice, but I wish I could get service like that.

Orders are always correct. Customers always complain. And Aaron is an absolute teddy bear that would literally spend an entire afternoon dealing with stoners that try to order Whoppers with a smile on his face. Shout-out my mans.

Update: McDonald's Corporate should come check what is happening here. Orders are never correct. Ordered a chicken sandwich all lables,boxes and receipts say chicken but they placed fish on it.. Charging for items not ordered costing guest more money.
Nice drive thru staff. Night manager is trying.... I think..

Ordered a big mac and when I got home and started eating it, I realized they never put the hamburgers on it! How can you make a big mac and forget the meat!?!?! Never coming here again as this isn't the first time I had issues.

Been here several times and consistantly great service and food. Play area and tables are clean. Always kids here for my kids to play with. Playground is pretty big with great seating for everyone. All equals great value.
