Dunkin'

I went in to get a coffee and there was only one woman working. A customer in front of me told me he was waiting for 20 because she was alone and new. I witnessed another customer she was serving and he seemed a little upset because she was struggling to make both his drinks. She seemed overwhelmed. How do you leave an employee alone when she’s new and should be trained ? Seriously you need to have 2 people on especially with someone that should be training not left alone. Horrible management. I don’t know how the coffee was their because I couldn’t stick around to wait. Train your employees and don’t leave them alone.

I was ordering something with my friend, she works at dunkin. She was ordering her order and I wanted to order mine and Elmas the employee who was taking my order told me “do you work here” and I said no. She told me to “stop talking” she literally shut me down. This is not how they should treat a costumer.

I used to frequent this this Dunkin' and always had a good experience, the place was clean and the workers were friendly. Until today, I went around 9PM, purchased my coffee, and got settled to start doing my school work. Not more than 10 minutes later the employee announced they would be closing early since it was "slow"(There were no less than 10 people in there, not what I would consider slow at all, posted hours are until 12AM) When one of the other patrons expressed they were upset they were closing early the employee responded "blame the manager." I find it hard to believe any of this story about the manager telling them to close early is true. This wasted a lot of valuable time for me. Unbelievably unprofessional.
