Dunkin'

There’s just something about Dunkin’ donuts, I don’t want to like them so much but I can’t not. They are always surprisingly soft and fresh tasting. My only complaint is that they always seem to sell out so unless you go at a somewhat early hour you are getting what crumbs are remaining. We Canadians can get Timmies donuts at all hours of the day and night so we’re not used to this deprivation, maybe that’s part of the allure.

My parents and I ordered coffee on the app and when we came in, found out the promotional drinks were no longer available, which was too bad, but definitely not the location's fault. Instead, one of the employees came out to ask what we wanted instead, and I got what he recommended. Yum! Definitely good taste in coffee. The staff were friendly, and all of the drinks tasted great and we're ready promptly after we came in (even with the confusion.) I'd definitely come here again!

The last DD we went to the lady working the drive through had a attitude and was extremely rude so it was nice to come to one where the guy working the drive through was patient and kind. I had a hard time seeing his name tag but I believe his name is Chase. It definitely started with a C but his name wasn't on the receipt. He seemed to be the only one in there making our large order and he was just super nice and even apologized for the long wait but we didn't mind the wait because he was so nice and friendly. Just really wanted to give him a shout out for being awesome.

Have been to this DD multiple times only because I'm option limited. Wait staff typically lacking warmth (similar to breakfast sandwiches) , donut selection always lacking, about half the time the breakfast sandwich is sub par (latest time had untoasted and barely warm sausage cheese English muffin). Would up the review to 1.5 stars since the trash cans were merely full and not overflowing this time. For the life of me, I don't know how this place has 4 stars
