Pizza Pizza

This is the 2nd time my order is not properly packaged. Makes me worried that it was tampered with. If you package an item and it does not properly close, please re-package so your customers don’t feel like their food was messed with. Update: I don’t think the pizza was fully cooked. It was burnt yet doughy and sticky. Lol. That is something I have never seen before. Also, I wonder why they cut the pizza so unevenly. Like the person did not care. In the end, this was an expensive mess. 😭 Good wings though.

Horrible experience. I am in the store right now. Primarily the order wasn’t taken correctly. 25.97 for a large pizza and moon sticks was unimaginable. Order received 25m late while in-store dining. The staff was highly confused in making one order. Moon sticks for dine in and pizza for takeout was the order but they forgot to make the moon sticks.

I give no stars to the pizza pizza on Albert street in Waterloo .I opened up my pizza and it looked like a checker board . The one guy thought it was funny to put bbq sauce over my Hawaiian pizza . He is like I hope it’s ok that I did that I’m like are you nuts what makes you think this is ok. He is like I will make you a new one I’m like no Need to make me a new one I will never eat here again after watching the 3 of you doing what your doing to other customer’s pizzas. Never have I seen such dirty and careless workers at this location.I was so disappointed I got my money back and I will never return to this location again.
