Taco Bell

A lot of the reviews are people just complaining about young teens working here and not knowing how to correctly make up for a order messed up. A lot of this just had to do with a lack of work experience. For a lot of teens this would be a first job for them, unlike many of the experienced adult workers who love to come on here and write these one star reviews how a kid didn't make up correctly for forgetting a item. If you come from a understanding standpoint and see my review you will know the quality of this place is outstanding and overall some of the best in the waterloo area and I would 10/10 recommend eating and continuing to eat at this place.

Staff was fast and friendly. The guy that took my order asked my name (Telly), spoke it back incorrectly (Kelly), I repeated it and said "Telly...with a T", he corrected himself, wrote it down, and the young lady that brought the order to the counter yelled out in the sweetest voice...KELLY... I just giggled because he still wrote it wrong. I didn't understand why they went through all that considering it was just me and my husband inside the lobby... I completely understand when its a lunch/dinner rush, and multiple ppl are awaiting food...But only 2 ppl that's obviously together..unnecessary and still confusing I guess lol. No biggie and made me giggle, so thought I'd share. The food was made and wrapped great, order was correct which hardly ever happens, especially in a place that offers foods from both KFC & Taco Bell menus (SUPER AWESOME), staff was inviting,had good attitudes, which is a huge plus,I will return and suggest to others!
