Burger King

Truth be told, I have not been to BK in a couple months - let alone this particular location. Service, overall, was as good today, as has been in the past - with the exception of... They were just a bit slower at preparing our order. I had to go from the drive thru around to the main doors to wait... It did take a bit for our order to be brought out to us - 10ish minutes? The biggest hiccup was that we ordered three of the 5 for$4s n they were not in independent bags, but mixed in three bags with other items we purchased. So, instead of being able to just hand each person their respective bag, we had to dig through all three bags to retrieve the items that made up each individual "meal," only to discover an order of nuggets was missing. Needless to say, one of us had to go in to get it. This could have been avoided had the meals been put in separate bags - as meals should be. If we had to park, wait, n inevitably go in, that defeats the whole purpose of a drive thru, in my opinion. These are the reasons why I only gave three⭐s.😔 As for the quality of the food, it was not bad...pretty much average, n yes, I will patronize them again. Also, I would recommend them. Prices are relatively fair for what you get.

Floor was disgusting and sticky throughout the building and no one came through the empty dining room to clean it during the hour my family was there, the tables needed cleaned, the play area needed cleaned, and there wasn't a changing table in the restroom. Whole place looked like it hadn't seen a mop in about a week. At least the food tasted good.

Loved forgetting items for people’s meals. And basically the manager Kim doesn’t care either. She basically tells customers that it’s not BKs fault that customers don’t check their bags before they leave. No Kim it is yours and your staffs job to check everything before even giving a customer their food. Smh

20 minute wait. Ordered the impossible burger for the first time to see what the hype was about and was highly disappointed. The patty looked like a thick sliced piece of bologna and there was no sauce. It was burnt. The after taste was a whole other gross story. Needless to say I will never order that again. Absolutely disgusting.

I was so surprised to find such a clean & quiet place to eat during xmas madness weekend. The double bacon king burger & the whopper with bacon hit the spot! It was refreshing to get crispy fries instead of those greasy limp ones from "you know who"... very nice place... will return! Thanks Burger King!
