Subway

Staff was very very friendly even if my wife try to speak english, he let her try and wait the time she needed to order correctly... the salad and sub was delicious and perfect. Very nice place in Waterbury to eat well and fast at good price... next time we will not lost time at shaws trying to get a good sandwich! This is the place !

I don’t know if the two employees working together today 6/23/2022 at 1220 hate each other or just hate working for subway. They were immediately rude, impatient and unsanitary. No glove changes between handling money and food as well. The previous owner would have never put up with that kind of unprovoked nasty attitude or unsanitary food handling. I Won’t ever go to the WATERBURY VERMONT subway ever again. The change that was tossed to me was left tossed back onto the counter for my point of disgust.

The owners of this place are so great!! My husband and I stopped in on a Friday right before the lunch hour rush with an order for 15 (!!) sandwiches. I was nervous to walk in with that big of an order during lunch time, but the owners/sandwich makers were so kind and ready to help. The sandwiches were delicious and next time we stop through Waterbury, we'll come back!

I'm am not a Subway person. But after hockey before the 1.5 hour trip home, there is not a lot to choose from in this town. The staff in this restaurant are super nice. And even remembered me and my daughter from going in several other times. The food at this particular Subway is for some reason better than other Subways I have been too. Ray and another blonde female employee (didn't get her name) at this restaurant really make it a nice place to go. Definitely worth going if you need to eat quick on the go. Large chain restaurant, with small town hospitality.

Kelly and her staff are amazing this is the first Subway's that I have been in that feel comfortable of how clean and the customer service is out of this world do I highly recommend them yes I do I've been in a lot of subways and they are no good to this compare to this one in Waterbury vegetables the food is fresh the Kelly and your staff you did an outstanding amazing job thank you for all you do what I eat there again yes I would

This Subway is great! My son and I had the same person the two times we went recently and he was awesome! So patient, polite, kind and funny even though last time there was obvious teenager who wouldn't stop ringing the bell even though he was clearly making his sandwich but he never showed stress or annoyance and was super professional. He pays close attention when making your sandwiches and doesn't just throw the toppings all willy nilly. He takes pride in the store and his work and it shows in the interaction and attention to detail. Thank you!!
