Food alright but raising your prices 50%+ without it listed in the board feels like a bait and switch. Not really happy to pay $30 for two sandwiches when I was expecting about $20, particularly when the ingredients are rather stingy.
Also for turkey on my spicy Italian that I didn’t ask for. Sure got charged for it though which was an extra 4 bucks.
It’s out of the employees hands but it really sucks.

Took a LOOOOONG time in the drive thru...like 40+ minutes for 2 cars ahead of me. Crew member was friendly and thorough when it was my turn...and much faster. Maybe they switched...prices REALLY went up. I get why, but if I'm going to spend over $30 on 2 sandwiches, it will be from somewhere I like more.

Poor my order was delivered incomplete and incorrect I did not get my Rotisserie style Chicken Salad, and instead of getting a Footlong Pro Baja Steak & Jaclk foot long I got the Basic version. I have called twice so far and still the correct item and missing item are not delivered! First call 5:35pm Second call 5:56pm. From 6:15pm until 6:26 pm I spoke with a lady that originally introduced herself as Britany she sad she’s not the manager but is in charge of the store and that they’re not sending me my items and that I have to bring the incorrect sandwich to the store even though I paid delivery fees. And that there was no way That my order through the subway app it would have had it delivered through door dash. Sorry I’m screwed by Subway again

Subway trains it's employees to skimp on everything. They half scoop at most so you have a less than full sandwich but their bread dogs quicker than any bread I've seen even toasted.

Defying all expectations, their drive through is still broken. But there is a sign that says to pull up to the windows. Which would work, but no one answers.

Twice over years I have ordered a BLT on wheat with oil salt pepper and a little onions twice they left off the lettuce and tomatoe why have a menu. The windows are so crowded with advertisements u can barely see what's going on... the first time was the subway In eagle river many years ago.

Much preferred it when they still offered roast beef, but that is merely personal choice. These guys have always gotten my order right and in a professional, polite, and timely manner. Definitely reccomended.

Terrible experience. Got in the Drive thru and was told "I will be right with you" **20 minutes** later no one took my order so I left. Drove by the window, there were 2 people at the front counter and someone standing around. Totally ridiculous and there were 2 cars behind me. Worst Subway EVER.
