I rarely leave reviews but this is literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to!!! 20 min in line to order, another 10 waiting outside in another line waiting for our food. Then they bring our food out and we are missing our water, chocolate milk and ranch. Guy went back in to get and now it’s been 5 more minutes and we still don’t have the rest of our food. If we didn’t just drive 5 hours to get to Saint George with kids I’d totally just drive off. What the heck! This is ridiculous.

Went inside to order food and was told drive thru only told them I'm in a semi truck and parked at the Walmart stuck for awhile just want to order food and go I don't need to eat inside, lady said sorry. I said no worries I just bring you your guys supplies no big deal. Clearly they don't support semi truck drivers or care. So. That's fine. Here's your 1 star review that you earned. If I could do no zeros I would.

They only gave me part of my order. When I called the employee that answered the phone could barely speak English. And I explained that part of my order was missing. She then tells me okay thank you and hangs up on me. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I would recommend that they hire employees that can speak English we aren't in Mexico for Christ sakes. I'll never return to this location again. Cause this location gives the rest of the franchise a bad name.

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Not only did it take like 4 attempts to convey my order through the drivethrough. But they then proceeded to get it wrong. I then entered the restaurant and stood around and waited for 10 minutes before I was helped. Where they proceeded to do the bare minimum and give me the rest of what I paid for. They also close 2 hours early for no reason. 0/10 stars

Horrible McDonald's! Huge line to order and cant get order straight or charge correctly. I only order cheeseburgers plain with only mayo for my kids. They want to charge a outrageous price to replace ketchup for mayo. Never in my life have I paid that and they weren't being honest about the charge as it was almost another $3 for mayo on 3 cheeseburgers. Took off the cheese. The lady at the first window said let's just blame this on biden too. Blame you being born on Biden? She said just go up to the next window and they can deal with it. We ended up waiting over 1/2 a hour and wasting our gas and leaving without any food because the manager in training, nor the manager could rectify the situation. I see now that this place has a lot of bad reviews, I should have checked those before trying to get my kids food. Dope. Now we have to drive another 46 miles to get McDonald's .
