Taco Bell

This is one of the best run Taco Bell's I've ever been in. Manager seems to be a shining example of what a boss should be. Always helping, always smiling, always willing to work out a deal to smooth over any longer than usual wait or small order mistake without hesitation. But mainly, he is always on the Frontline and assisting ceaselessly to ensure a great experience for all guests.

Utterly disappointing in all aspects. Washington,IN seriously NEEDS some new fast food places that stay open after 10p.m furthermore the stress of being the only drive thru open after 10 p.m shows in the employees. I'm sure they're super stressed and short handed. Last night I waited 35 minutes in line and still hadn't placed my order. I wanted to back up to leave but the pointless overly extended curb at the drive thru entrance made it very difficult to leave. I had to get out of vehicle and ask traffic to back up further. There was 5 other cars behind me. If I go out of town I'm always happy about stopping to get something to eat because I know I'm going to get the opposite of Washington food service. I'm gonna get friendly service and delicious made right food.

We ordered through drive-thru. We made it known that my son has an allergy and requested his food plain and prepared away from the main prep area. A very reasonable request in my book. They seemed to understand and we pulled forward. When we got our food his was NOT plain. My son went inside to get this corrected and FOUR remakes later they STILL hadn't made it plain. When he was handed #5 he was told that if it wasn't right that time they "didn't know what to tell (him)" and was asked to "move on" because there were other customers. Even other customers were upset and couldn't understand how they couldn't get such a simple request right. We won't be back. The food isn't good enough to fight so hard for such a simple request.

I drive for Door Dash part time and this is one of the worst restaurants to deliver food from, after 5pm. Absolutely rude employees and they never put any of the to-go orders in a bag, I have to ask for one and then they just lay it on the counter and have me do it myself. Half of them are playing on the phones, not even paying attention to the customers needs.

Stood in at the counter with my hubby for 12 minutes. 5 minutes in I asked a guy who was drinking his drink in the cook area, if anyone is able to take an order,he said someone will & 7 minutes later, we just left. NO ONE cared. Customers who take time to WALK in should get deserved attention. It used to matter. Taco Bell in Washington, IN is DISAPPOINTING!
