Burger King

Burger King has fallen far in recent years, but this location goes above and beyond to be the worst example mismanagement and lack of quality control. Routinely sandwhichs are made incorrectly. Things are old and cold. They are out of ingredients, etc. As a point of example the Whopper melt just released. I got some takeout to try it out and the sandwhich was made SO incorrectly that I can't even say I've tried it. No toasted bun. No cheese. No onions, a tiny amount of sauce. They left out half the ingredients. I had to look at youtube videos of reviewers trying to sandwhich to confirm that theirs looked nothing like mine. This place is a bottom tier location and everyone knows it. This place is a ghost town around dinner time while the McDonald's 1 mile down the road has a huge line. Let's just say I wouldn't be surprised it this location closed in the not so distant future. If you want to see an example of a BK location that does things correctly, the one in Denville is pretty good.

I am actually shocked that this Burger King has this many decent reviews. Every single time I give them another chance they screw up my order. EVERY TIME. Today I asked for no pickles on my burger ( as always) I really hate pickles on burgers. I was even asked to pull around front for my small burger and onion ring order, so I thought This time they'll get it done. Nope, I am picking them off AGAIN. I truly cannot understand why they simply NEVER get it right. The only explanation I can possibly come up with is the employee's just Don't Care ( fyi: my receipt says No Pickles) Go figure...
