Carmella's

They have repeatedly messed up my order. They had forgotten items, as well as messed up a sandwich (ordered a BLT just got the B...), And my appetizers/Stromboli was cold. The service is beyond slow at least an hour and half each time. And the delivery drivers have been, to put politely, less than professional and credible. Will never order from this place again. The service is beyond unexceptable.

tried to order the taco pizza said they were out of meat, placed order for delivery, stated it was better to pick. Ordered 50 mins in advance, got there wasn't ready. Had to wait 15 mins for order. Left and order was incomplete, said they would deliver the missing items, no show, had to go to shop once again. only $2 discount.

Tried to place an order online today for my office, website kept saying it wouldn't go through because it was a wrong address, checked my card and it was charged three times. Tried to call and the employee who answered stated he had no order for us and they were too busy to handle it at the moment. Was placed on hold to speak to a manager, another person picked up the phone stated they weren't the manager and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional. Called my bank and they had to remove the charges. Needless to say our office will not be ordering from them anymore. Clearly they need to hire some more employees if they cannot handle a lunch rush.

I have been wanting to try Carmellas pizza just because the last name was similar to mine. Plus the reviews were good on one site. Well first it is not a really nice place, broken window blind hanging in the window. Got home to serve the pizza thinking this is going to be awesome.....wrong....I opened the box and all it was ....well burnt thin pizza. AWFUL! Definitely never going back!
