Worst customer service ever. Whoever worked on 5/4/22 at 5:30pm (male) is so disgustingly rude and arrogant it’s unbelievable. If he is at all an indicator of the customer service at this location, I urge you to do your business elsewhere.

The workers close store whenever they want. Why say 24 hrs online if that’s not the case. Also if you don’t have certain look they treat you like you’re trying to steal Even if you have on a full blown uniform. It’s clear the kinds of customers they prefer. I hate having to go to this store.

I normally don't post or critique but I've about had it with this 711. Please don't waste time or money in this place. Never have any condiments, the food is old and can't never cash a lottery ticket. Please do us all a favor and close.

They close @8 every day and don’t reopen until 10pm I see the guy in the back just standing saying there close and this is every day don’t ever go here they never have nothing the food is never fresh

When In there to use the restroom after buying things there all the time. Didn’t let me use it. roaches everywhere, dirty, smells is horrendous. She was prejudice because we were Hispanic. So sad, used to go all the time and never going back. Literally everything there is expired and they’re so rude.

Customer Service was great!!! no lids for slurpee and had to use standard soda lid. :(

Bravo to 7-Eleven for rising to the challenge presented by the recent arrival of Wawa down the block with more than simply a facelift. From the coffee bar and Slurpee and soda machines to the self-serve hot foods, this 7-Eleven has really presented the neighborhood with a great alternative to Wawa. Additionally, the employees seem to have undergone extensive customer service oriented training to present a friendly and helpful face to what was (frankly) a not very welcoming place.
