Dunkin'

Always great service and friendly staff for a small Dunkin. They could use some pick me up decor to make the shop more welcoming, but the music is always playing bright and early and most of the time they always have my order ready when I get up to the register. It's nice when you have staff that remember you and your orders really makes for great customer service. Note: If you have a big order its best to call in advance since they get their donuts from another shop so what they request the night before has to last them all day. Great bunch of ladies!! 🍩☕

Service has drastically gone down over the past year. There are less staff than ever, the staff that is there are barely attentive, some are even just not in the store at all and you're waiting by yourself, and when you do get your order they do it completely wrong. The extra star is simply because I remember when this place had fast, accurate, and courteous service. It's pretty clear now why there are no longer any lines at this place.
