Kerry Carryout

For me, it's the Kerry's Carry Out. The best Chinese food. I even ask for extra Kerry sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige. One time I asked for Kerry sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly Kerry's Carry Out worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!". Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local Kerry's Carry Out, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs. I even dip my fries in Kerry sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.

As always, my food came on time and they used fresh vegetables. Their spicy is actually spicy. Not only do they have great food that’s well cooked they are always on time and polite. It’s a neighborhood carry out so they sell things like candy and ice but their food is decently priced, prepared, and cooked well. If you want good hot food at a great price within an hour, this is the place for you. 👌🏾

I ordered food from this place about two days ago and I was completely dissatisfied with the food, so I called to complain the lady debated with me and accused me of eating most of the food. I expressed I couldn't eat it, so she told me to bring it back and I did she continued to make everything my fault, so I wanted a refund and every since then they've hung up on me when my number comes up on their caller ID. They have yet to offer me a solution to my complaint. Their other food I've ordered in the pass has been tolerable, but this is the first time I've been totally dissatisfied with the food entirely.

We have ordered to deliver to our business location multiple times, about twice a week, with no issues. Today we just tried to order and was told by the lady who answered that they don't deliver to our location. Mind you, we are only about 5 minutes away from them. When telling her multiple times that we order from them every week, she finally asked what we wanted. After giving her the order and telling her we'll be using a credit card to pay over the phone, she then tells me that it's cash only. I asked since when, and she tells me, since today. So at this point we are completely over it and ask for her name so we can report her to whoever owns the place, and she said "NO I'm not giving you my name and there is no supervisor here". This is unacceptable and we will never order from here again. They act like they are the online Chinese carryout in the area. Our money will HAPPILY be going elsewhere. This is not the first time we have dealt with their unprofessionalism, in the past, it was just something you could deal with. But not this time.
