Being new to the area, I wanted to find a good butcher. I ordered a standing rib roast from Canales for a celebration. The roast was outstanding, juicy and tender, nutty and sweet. Absolutely top class. I’ve found the new go-to place for my meat!

High quality meat, unique and delicious sausages, a fantastic deli, and super friendly service. Love their shrimp salad! Massive whole shrimp with just a light, simple but flavorful sauce.

Some of the best sausages I’ve ever had. Both the traditional and the kind with exotic ingredients are great. Helpful/friendly service too. Highly recommend the half smokes and the habanero lime chicken sausages.

Their cranberry walnut chicken salad is hands down the best I've ever had. Must try!

Stopped by today to pick up a few things for a charcuterie board. The Jamón serrano was amazing as well as the sopressata and prosciutto di parma. Wish they were located in my town back in GA! Very nice people and they even gave me an ice pack to keep everything cold while I was out sightseeing today.
