Panda Express

Do you like heavy metal... in your food? Found what looks like a mangled staple in my fried rice. As my fortune cookie says "You thrive by serving others" so the helpful message here is to use caution when eating here. Thankfully, I didn't get this hidden in a fork full of food. The overworked person at the counter AND register was apologetic and said that they were told by someone in the back room to ask if I wanted a replacement. I thanked them, just kept the spring rolls and walked. I realize this can happen anywhere but I haven't had it happen anywhere else before. Been eating at Panda Express for decades until now.

Ordered online for a specific time and when I arrived was told to wait at least 10 min for them to start the order.... I ordered at a time because I have a family of 5 and we order different places.....so their incompetent attention to the time left mine and my daughters food ice cold in the car by the time it was ready. Only getting a 2 because the food was still good.

SLOWEST STAFF in the entire mall. Seems like moral is low and the manager doesn't know how to manage a crew to be efficient. 2 people working with a very long line and the workers attitude seems like they don't care about it either. Haven't moved from my spot in the line in literally 6 minutes. If it wasn't because I love Panda Express in general I would have left due to workers efficiency. Please fix.
