Wendy's

Ordered 2 Double Bacon Cheeseburgers and small fries at drive up. Cost $9.47. Drove home, opened up bag to find 2 cheeseburgers and 2 fries!! Drove back, went to counter to get what I ordered. Went home, opened bag to find 1 cold fry and 2 double cheeseburgers (no bacon). Not worth the return trip. This Wendy's doesn't know how to fill orders. Will never go there again. A wasted $9.47. Should have gone to KFC, or Burger King further down the street. Non existent customer service at Wendy's!!!

Ok visiting from New Bedford and Fairhaven MA locations. Trying Strawberry frosty. Hopefully this one taste like strawberry. Opened top. Nice and pink, ok only filled to 1 inch of top ordered med size. Big bite. 🥰🥰 This is a scam. Three different locations all taste cold but no actual taste. No vanilla taste definitely no strawberry taste. Only thing is it is pink. No way am I trying again. I bought one large, one medium and a medium here. DON'T BELIEVE THEM. IT IS A SCAM... NO TASTE AT ALL.

The food was OK, standard Wendy's. The physical side was bad, though. The inside of the building was dingy, unevenly lit, run down, and desperately in need of updating. An astounding disregard for maintenance. Water stained ceiling tiles, peeling wallpaper, door frames are worn and not pained properly with obvious nail holes. Cabinet doors drooping at an angle. Tilted picture frames with broken glass. Sticky floor. Carpet edges pulling up. Displays that aren't properly assembled. Filthy air vents.

I went to Wendy's for one reason, to try their breakfast. The commercial said it was the best. The service was great, the coffee was good, the breakfast french fries were terrible and now the sausage egg and cheese biscuit, the biscuit was squishy, the egg was not fully cooked, the yolk was loose, the sausage was so salty I couldn't taste anything else. I will not get breakfast at Wendy's again.

Third time having an issue at this specific location. First 2 times the frosty machine was shut down multiple hours before closing and they took our order and made us wait then said we don’t have it. This time, the employee said I’ll be with you in one second and proceeded to take over 5 minutes. After I said hello again, he said I’ll be with you in a second in an angry tone. Then took another 5 minutes. I wouldn’t have noticed but I was on a phone call and saw the time just keep running up. This location always has issues, unreasonable lines, wrong orders. Stick to the several other Wendy’s nearby, this location never has and never will care about their customer service or quality of food they put out. Go to the Burger King down the street for much better service. This location is TERRIBLE
