Smokey Bones

This was my 25$ beef brisket, notice anything wrong? Waitress was great and noticed it was untouched, somehow it was cut with the grain and had the consistency of rubber bands. It was taken off and I figured the manager would come over seeing that there were only 3 tables…… nothing. I was a former employee from 15 years ago when the food was good. Only gave it 2 stars bc our sever was great.

We had a great time tonight at smokey bones in Warwick! Bella was our server and she was amazing. Great service, great conversation and a genuinely great atmosphere! We will be back for mnday bogo wings! Bella's recommendation honey got was to die for. A little spicy so I had go enjoy a cookie skillet to cool my mouth off! Highly recommend!

They used to be decent. Now they serve smaller portions and poorer quality food. We ordered takeout and there was no BBQ sauce, the meat was dry, and the sausage tasted off. We also ordered extra mac and cheese as previously it was our favorite. It had almost no cheese flavor and was very bland and dry. Previously it was more of a baked mac and cheese with actual cheese on top. They also included no garlic bread with the 3 meat plate whereas previously at least one piece was included (a second under the pulled pork if you ordered it). Waste of money and we will not be returning.

I got ribs and meatloaf to go. Usually I get the ribs and they are great. Today I thought I’d try the meatloaf. What a disappointment. Looks like they forgot to put 1/2 of it in the box. Tiny dry piece. I gave the overall a 3 because the ribs my son got were good. Just the meatloaf it woukd have been a 1.

My review is solely based on restaurant management. Food quality is always 4 to 5 stars. We were seated at our table around 8:45pm on busy Saturday night. We got our food around 9:15pm, a few minutes after that the light on our section of the restaurant turned off. We asked our waiter if is possible to turn them on because we were eating in the dark. She said that’s no possible and a key is needed to bypass the light system. We had to used our cell phone lights to eat. This was a terrible experience. They shouldved never sat us in that section of the lights are on a time. I’ve attached an unedited picture of what it looked at our table

Firstly, the staff is wonderful. Our hostess/waitress was very friendly, cheerful and attentive. We went on a Friday afternoon and were seated quickly. We went for the boneless wing specials and fries. The food was fresh and hot. The price was also great. We've had the BBQ at Smokey Bones before and it was really delicious. I highly recommend it.
