The Chophouse

We had a wonderful dinner celebrating my mom’s birthday and my wedding anniversary. Breanne was an awesome, friendly, and attentive server. They made us feel special and the food and portions were great. The Chophouse has a lovely atmosphere as you get to look out over the Avalon Golf Course. I always have an enjoyable experience here when I’m in town and highly recommend it to the locals and visitors. Thank you and all the best!

Well we go to a different restaurant every two weeks with another couple. So we tried this for the first time tonight! We sat on the patio overlooking the beautiful grounds. The patio is climate controlled which is nice. However, as we came early and had reservations we sat in the bar beforehand. Lovey had an appletini and I had a bottle of beer. I thought the bartenders we're good and very friendly. The clientele was also friendly and upscale. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with the people sitting around us. Lovey stated, her appletini was very good and generous on the good stuff. At our table our waiter was Mark let me tell you this guy was super attentive and highly knowledgeable about the restaurant and the entire surrounding complex.Lovey had the chicken kabobs dinner with an excellent salad. I have the Delmonico steak with asparagus and a tossed salad. Let me tell you it was incredible. The couple with us both had the Delmonico steak. With smashed potatoes, greens and tossed salads. They loved their dinners also. In conclusion I'll definitely be back on our normal rotation. Now for what we got the cost of the dinner was very reasonable approximately $200 with a $45 tip to Mark from lovey and myself. I know that the couple with us gave him a little extra too. But with service like that it was well worth it. I've included pictures with this review.

Great dining experience on first night after lengthy shutdown. Very nice menu selections. Happy Hour was a surprise bonus. Selected lobster nachos as an entree. Taste, presentation and portion size were excellant. Tried a Blood Orange Sangria. Taste was great but it wasn't really a sangria, more like a flavored citrus drink. Our server, Mark, was prompt and attentive and chatty. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I had a group of 12 that I made a reservation for, none of us have ever been there. First off when we walked in the door we were greeted by a very kind gentleman. Our table was all set up and ready for us. Our server Jason knew we had never been there and did such a great job explaining the menu and making recommendations. He was very attentive and we all enjoyed having him take care of us. He is definitely a Five Star Guy!!! Thank you Jason. Everyone’s food was excellent, they all commented at the table how good everything was. We had the lobster nacho appetizer and peppers that were to die for, our dinners I think half the table had chicken Marsala and it melted in your mouth, I ordered the red skin mashed potatoes and let me tell you, creamy, cheesy goodness in that dish. I wish that I would have taken pictures but with so many people I was caught up in the moment, everything looked and tasted great!!! Definitely will book more family dinners there, and just a night out with my hubby. Great job Chophouse!! 5 plus Stars

Never get disappointed at the chop House. The lamb was absolutely delicious. Everything we had was great. Our server. Christopher was totally awesome so pleased with him. I feel that he's definitely a great asset to the company he was full of energy and happy and went above and beyond. It was a beautiful Sunday. We were there for probably about 2 and 1/2 hours. Had plenty of cocktails and food. Very awesome. Quality can never go wrong at the chop House. Keep up the great work 👍🏾💪🏾🙏🏽🙌🏽❤️

Our first time here and it was really good. While we're normally not, we gave ourselves a budget this trip and stuck to the Happy Hour menu. We got the chicken marsala and chicken parm, both were good, but the chicken parm was a tad try, but still good. The rice pilaf was ok, not the best, but the veggies were good. Next time I'd go with the smashed reds potatoes. Wine was good and service was good too. Prices are fair, especially for the serving size. Will definitely go back.
