7-eleven

I have been attending this store for 10+ years! Ever since the new owner took over 5or so years ago IT HAS BEEN TRASSSH & trashed. I go into 7-11 at least 5x a week and am a very frequent customer, specially for a slurped! To over over $2 for a slurpee, stand there for several minutes trying to get the maximum amount, to get home LITERALLY maybe two minutes away, & it’s already quarter of the way gone!! The machines need to be fixed!! Or how about the owner stop being cheap & TURN THE CO2 down?!?! Will be going somewhere else!

We were standing in line by the lottery machine waiting to get service. The rude cashier took care of other customers then proceeded to go to the back get items and stock up stuff. As if we were not standing there. He was not welcomeing at all. If you have no customer service skills I do not think that job is for him. If he is having a bad day that's ok to but do not rub it off on customers. We work with people all day. I would never treat anyone like that. Treat people how you want to be treated.

The store is filthy dirty. The manager is completely rude & make sure you check your recipe, they will end up scanning items multiple times to hopefully charge you. I brought this up to the manager and ended up getting into an argument as he was telling me I am wrong but I have the receipt to where I was charged things multiple times. Good luck with their customer service as well, I was hung up on multiple times by 7 11. I don't does not matter but I truthfully will never go to the 7 11 again!

I went here today on my lunch hour and was honestly baffled by the way these employees where speaking. Cussing left and right in front of customers with no regards to anyone else its disrespect kids are in and out of that place all day long and for the owner or anyone who lets that happen and it has no consequences is unbelievable it's completely unprofessional and I will not be going back hopefully somebody does something about this

Worst 7 11 I've ever been too tried to call and see if they had what I needed before I wasted my time and drove there but the phone went straight to voicemail which was full and couldn't accept anymore voicemails. So I drive there and attempt to ask if they sell regular eggs uncooked and they looked at me like I was dumb and walked away without saying a word. Never again
