7-eleven

This is the closest 7/11 to my house and I will never go here again. I went here yesterday and bought $16 worth of stuff. Had to swipe my card 5 times because the machine wasn’t working for whatever reason. Then it wouldn’t let me buy a bottle of water with my bridge card, they kept saying I had to pay 2.99 for it. Couldn’t tell me why either so I ended up not being able to get my water. And to top it off they told me 7rewards was down but that I would still get my points. Just checked and I haven’t gotten any points the last 2 times I’ve been here. I’ll just drive to 10 & mound from now on.

First of all, all the counters were sticky and half stocked. Staff were blocking the pop and slurpee counter filling their cups up at 7 am when I was trying to get a an iced coffee. Secondly, every other 7/11 allows u to use the plastic pop cups for iced coffee. This location made a big stink telling me I had to use slurpee cups. Then I had a coupon to get a drink any size for $1 and he refused to let me use it because I didn't use the slurpee cup like he wanted. When I explained the 7/11 down the road and the other one I go to Hve you use the pop cups. He argued and got super condescending with me. I'm a full grown female and don't need to be talked to like a child. The guy with the man bun needs to be reminded that a little customer service and personal hygeine go a long way. I could smell horrid body odor on him on top of everything.

Was in there today to use a Marlboro mobile coupon which she said they accept so I started the process and got to the I'm done and she said where's the coupon I said in ur system somewhere she said no I have to scan it like the Newport ones ...been using mobile Marlboro coupons 4 almost 2 years now not one person ever scanned it or said they had to they knew it was already credited In their system. What's sad is I asked 4 mgr to explain it to her and she said she was the mgr.......say what.

I've purchased coffee creamer multiple times on different occasions from this location. Each time were weeks apart. The creamer has a taste similar to spoiled milk, like it has been left out before stocking into the cooler. I fell ill the first time. It took awhile for me to purchase from this place, which is a 1/2 mile from my home(convience factor😑), as my best friend and room mate also bought spoiled chocolate milk from here SEVERAL times as well! I went today, nervous on my travels with past experiences in mind. I arrived home, poured the cream into my cup. Grabbed the coffee pot and poured graciously and watched the liquids mix. As I brought it closer to my mouth, I had a gut feeling..... and sure as shyt, this damn creamer taste wonky! What the hell 711 staff. No one aware of servsafe or have commonsense to put dairy products away immediately? This sucks. You have ruined my Friday morning once again.
