Dunkin'

I still like their coffee and my wife loves their coconut refreshers, but their baked goods and hot food items are only average these days. My sourdough breakfast sandwich had no flavor at all and my orange cranberry muffin was dry and hard as a rock! I know the individual stores don't make their baked goods in-house anymore, but they can do better than this.

We have gone here on a number of occasions and the service during the morning and afternoon is good. The guy there at night is not friendly and always makes us seem like we're inconveniencing him. On several occasions we went right around 7 at night or just before and the guy let us sit in the drive thru and then would open the back door and say "we're closed" and when we address that the hours online say they're open until 9 he says "well I don't know what to tell you we're not". He served a car at the drive thru window as we were sitting at the speaker tonight and still refused to take our order. All of the lights were on and the place was still clearly open when we were there. If this were a one time event I'd excuse it but it's happened on a handful of occasions. We will be going to another Dunkin from here on out.

Nasty coffee ever and that’s their 2nd try remaking a decaf sugar free vanilla and sugar free almond with skim milk… it taste watered down no vanilla no almond to it at all even adding Splenda sugar it’s gross 🤮 every time I come to this location they mess my order up I don’t even know why I keep giving chances….

This is by far my absolute favorite place to get coffee in the area! I usually go early in the morning shortly after they open, but even when I end up going at any other time of day, I always have a positive experience. The young lady that always takes my order in the morning is such a hard worker and always is super kind. I usually always get a large iced macchiato and some of their delicious hash browns and they are always super hot and fresh. Even the times I've went and there has been a longer line, they're still fast, efficient and correct with my order. Update; unfortunately hadn't been able to come to my favorite DD in MONTHS, and not even exaggerating months for reason out of my control and just reasons such as being too busy and some health issues which made it difficult to get out and about to places other than stores I HAD to go to unless I was lucky enough some of my lovelies surprised me with some good food. But my birthday was June 6th and and I wanted to take advantage of my free drink, one of my old tried and true favorites the mocha latte light ice, always delicious, I just love the taste of espresso SO MUCH. And would love to venture out to different espresso drinks but im not a super fancy knowledgeable coffee espresso girl lol. I stopped in here for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. I thought since I had to wait a few minutes it would be fresh. The sandwich was horrible. The bread was brown & looked old. I took one bite & the entire bun crumbled in my car and made a mess. I had to throw it away it was so gross. Never again will I buy a sandwich here. And they don't answer the phone.
