Staff on the phone they not attend well
No listing u order ejemplo 8 pc ok go to next window u only have 4 pc they say that you orders I said for the inconvenience give me some cookies 🍪 they said 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎

The line was long but the burger I got was good. Only thing that was wrong was that the burger didn't have any sauce on it even though I asked for sauce.

Went to go pick an order for my sister in law for dinner, I always have a fabulous experience here at this particular KFC, the staffs always nice food always piping hot and know it's fresh. Diner area is always clean and they're quick too. Thanks 😊

I placed an order on my way to work and had to wait over 15 minutes for the order was almost late to work waiting on my order. When I arrived to work and found my order wasn't right and my chicken tenders wasn't completely done biscuits was hard Coleslaw was very dry, so upsetting

KFC just can't get it right!! I called in an order today at 3:09pm but at 4:30pm it was still not ready and was never placed. Instead of the restaurant manager who took the order admitting he made a mistake, he became aggressive and combative - raising his voice and talking over me. Then told me they would not accommodate a price change for their error. Terrible! KFC Corporate needs to train their staff more effectively on customer service.

I went through drive thru was informed it would be 4 minutes for hot fries I told the lady ok. There where 2 cars in front of me by the time I reached the window 5 minutes had passed and my fries were cold. I'm done with all Kfc restaurants at this point.

They stole my girlfriend's debt card information last night. The girl/cashier spent $26 at checkers & tried to spend $250 at footlocker. DON'T GO HERE unless you want to be robbed after paying for your food but if you do just pay in cash...
