Worst customer service!!! I am aware that you must use the kiosk to order but, you still would think that the employees would acknowledge you when you walk in. No they just look at you🤦🏾♀️. Oh by the way I think this was the manager. I had to go back in 2 times just to get my order correct. No apologies or anything. Employee had their belongs just laying around on the table. I understand that there is no Dining in but D*mn at least make it presentable. There attitudes are VERY different here. I didn't apply for the position you did. Don't think I'll be back to this location.

Girl at the drive through first casually forgets to give me the drink I ordered and then provides no change? This isn't just forgetfulness, she's doing it intentionally. She didn't even consider giving me my change which I'm sure she's doing to other customers as well. So either she can't count or she's stealing from people. Strangely, I thought the cash register did all the counting but maybe I'm wrong. I was so disgusted by her lack of interest in doing her job, I told her to keep the change and drove off. Is this the type of thief you hire at your store? No sauce, no receipt, no change and no drink without me having to wait and ask for my drink. And guess where it was, right in front of her. Sad that this is the same type of loser that thinks they deserve $15/hr and they don't care enough to do their job correctly. I won't be returning to this store and I want the manager informed of what this girl is doing. There's no excuse for her stealing change from customers and don't tell me it was an accident. I can guarantee she's gone through plenty of drive-thrus in her life and she never would let someone just keep the change that they are owed. She's trying to see if she can get away with it so she can pocket an extra $10 bucks or so a day and if a customer were to call her out, I'm willing to bet she would just play dumb like she forgot. What a joke. At least she had a mask on, just like a real robber.

Ordered yesterday and was unable to pickup my order. Called the store and they purposely hung up on me when I arrived to pickup my order at the normal time.
Brought it up on their contact us option as well.
110% awful.
I understand that serving multiple customers requires you to consider everyone in mind when dealing with each order. If you can't deliver an order/serve food however and won't take calls, then why be a restaurant?
For the record I let Twitter know 1st. Clearly a customer is not important. So it was deleted and my rating posted here.
Idk if they truly even care tbh. I see a lot of other reviews here and it's kind of heartbreaking tbh.
If you don't want to serve food or listen to individuals just close.
I doubt anyone here was compensated accordingly and it hurts.
Definitely needs an audit...

Waited 15 minutes for 2 soft taco supremes. Normally you pay and get your card back, no, I paid and waited for my card and ended up getting my card back till I got my food. And I asked for it back and the manager got an attitude with me for asking for my card back. 10/10 don’t recommend. Employees are rude and ignorant!

Firstly let me just start it by saying the girl who took my order was so stinkin' nice! It was fabulous and or food was very delicious we tried the cheese in top burrito with beans substituted instead of meat and I'm counting the days until my next taco bell treat!

This taco bell has made me sick for the second and last time. Tonight I got sick. Not sure if it was the meat, the lettuce, or something else. All I know is I had a horrible taste that instantly made me sick from 2 of my items that I purchased tonight. I have had enough. I have had my share of bad service from this location. But this is the second time this place has made me sick. Taco bell corporation needs to look into this location. The employees treat everything like it's a joke. I felt good going here 2 years ago, it's not the same . I threw away about $8.00 worth of food because of horrible taste. There is something nasty going on here. The taste almost seems metallic to me, not sure what that means?

The workers were extremely rude. Would tell you to give them your order than interrupt you to hold on. Most of the food was correct but some was not and when we got it corrected there was attitude and cold shoulders. All the food was prepared terribly and smells funky. The inside looked extremely dirty. Went through the drive through with no one in line and took forever to get to our order and talk to us. Most employees looked like they were standing by the window on their phones.

The food here is good but the employees wear masks on their chin and don't cover their mouth when making the food. If you don't mind taking the chance of getting covid-19 go for it. If your a first responder or essential worker I suggest avoiding this restaurant.
