Horrible experience. No straw for my iced cappuccino that I've been craving since last night, and the bottom pic is what my hash browns looked like;!!! They had the audacity to tell me that it was correct and that's how it's supposed to look! Horrible customer service!! I literally just spent $9.72 on the worst breakfast of my life!

I've given them multiple chances but every single time I've been here, I've been treated like an annoyance rather than a customer, like I'm wasting their time or interrupting something more important than serving me whatever simple thing I want, which is usually nothing more complicated than a cup of black coffee and a scoop of ice cream. Sorry to bother you. The second star is only because the coffee and ice cream are consistent... Even the bad attitudes of the employees here can't screw THAT up.

The bacon egg and cheese sandwich was dry and taste really bad. The bacon was burnt too. The croissant bread was really dry and nasty. They threw it together. Never will I come back to this location. I went at 9am in morning and no wonder they had no one in line before me, no one goes here. Most duncan donuts usually have guests in drive through at this time of morning, not this location. Everyone probably know how this place is. Do not go to this location.

First time stopping in here and must I say they need better afternoon cashiers. First off no hi, how you doing when we walked into the facility. She was on the phone making our ice creams with her phone in her hand face timing a guy asking where his girlfriend is at. My milkshake was watery! She used to much milk. I will never go back into this place AGAIN!!!!!!!

Never happy with this location. They are always understaffed, and I am not sure why. The mornings are the worst. Isn't that the time people usually stop to get a coffee and donuts? Also they never have the type of donut I ask for. All I get is the munchkins 10ct. I would love to get the 25ct put they only ever have glaze and chocolate ready to go? Why? Also the same woman who seems to be the only one ever working is just rude. Would it hurt to just smile and not quickly rush me out of your store because your overwhelmed? Very unprofessional. Please try to fix this. Your location is close and convienent to my home. I have never been a Tim Hortons fan but am starting to think that I maybe I should start.

I'm never happy with this location or the other Knew by location you ask for a certain drink a certain way and given that it's not a Starbucks but a competitor with the same type of setup you would think that they could get an order right I've only been there a few times and only twice have I got my order done correctly employees are always constantly changing here so you're never knowing what kind of luck you will have and getting your order right. And what someone please stop burning the tater tots they're always dry and like a biscuit type coin
