Checkers

I would like to compliment Checkers on their special of "Mushroom and Swiss" burgers I recently ordered for my husband. He just loves the Checkers Hamburgers and the whole time he was in the hospital, he wanted a "Mushroom and Swiss-with onions" on his steak sandwich from Checkers!!!!! I got him two today and he was so happy!!! The little things we enjoy so much!!!!! When you have been told you are terminal, you stand back and look at things differently than before. The people who are employed at Checkers are great!!! I just ordered and they rang it up, and they were so quick to give us the food. The food tasted as though we were in heaven. No one knew my husband's diagnosis and that is the way he wants it. The girls and guys were so kind and so patient with me and I am so delighted to say they were wonderful. The professionalism and the courtesy they showed to us was outstanding!!!! KEEP UP THE EXCELLANT WORK!!!!!!

I just left this place and the female cashier at the drive thru window was very rude. It seems she has an attitude. As i was placing my order and asked for a freeze she replied No but the way she said it was rude and nasty. I wasn't even done ordering. Another employee (male)spoke thru the mic and asked to place my order and she spoke over him thru the mic with a nasty tone as if she's the boss there and he didn't say anything else. Everyone in the car changed their minds about ordering from there due to the experience with the employee that knows nothing about customer service. She is definitely doing a disservice to the company and I would NOT recommend anyone go to this location and I'll never return there to spend hard earned money and receive that kind of attitude or treatment!

This checkers is So unprofessional,and they added things to my order that I never ordered! I heard one co worker talking to another so rudely because she had to change my order! and they did NOT turn the light on, in the drive thru window until my husband asked why is it off 3 hours before closing time? And we only came back because they forgot to put my husband burger in the bag yesterday! Definitely won’t be returning!!!!!!

First of all, I wouldn't even give this place one star, but I had to in order to leave a helpful review. I've ordered a big Buford meal here about a year ago and it was as bad as the dumpy restaurant looked, but tonight I figured I'd try them again. I placed my order of a big Buford meal with an unfriendly sounding young lady and simply asked for no onion and a coke. She asked how about cherry coke? I said sure. I finally get to the window close to 10 min later because they are so slow. I pay the unfriendly young lady for the meal and cherry coke and pull out and head down the road and to my non surprise I open a cold big Buford with onion like I asked not to be on it and 2 tiny pickles I could floss my teeth with and a tiny bit of mayo and ketchup. And to top it off the cherry coke was flat. Big shocker right? Just like most other fast food joints this one is terrible and the foods not like any checkers I've ate.The building is such a rundown dump! You're way better off going to Walmart and getting some bologna and some bread
