They were very nice. Food was fresh and good. Order was accurate.

I heard Hardee’s chicken tenders were some of the best in fast food right now so of course I wanted to give them a try. Turns out I picked the wrong location. I ordered a three piece and one of the pieces was so small I wouldn’t even call it a nugget, let alone a tender. All of them were dried out from overcooking and seemed to have been sitting under a lamp for hours. These “tenders” plus a soda set me back more than $6. Never again.

Went through the drivethru on my lunch break at approximately 1045. Ordered my favorite hardees lunch, the frisco burger meal. I was told to pull up which i did and then got my food rather promptly. Took 4 minutes to get back to work. Started to eat the fries....COLD. a couple were warm, but almost all cold. Opened the frisco burger. Bread wasnt even toasted. Patty was chewy and not fresh at all. Such a disappointment.

HORRIBLE! I went to the location on NorthDavis. I waited at the ordering device for 8 mins and no one acknowledge my presence. I even said Good morning but no response! I will never return to this location again..

Whoever was working the drive thru this morning was every bit of rude. I sat at the order box at least 5 minutes and nobody said anything so I wasn't sure if they knew I was there and I said hello? And she copped a huge attitude. Your poor attitude has the ability to ruin someone's entire day, especially first thing in the morning. Do better.
