Had a wonderful experience. Michael was our server. He always checked on us. Very polite and courteous young man. Had the Hickory Salmon meal it was delicious. Cooked perfectly and came with 2 sides. The Shrimp and Sausage Pasta was a meal in it's self. Michael is a definite asset to Ruby Tuesday in Warner Robins. Way To Go!!!

Very clean and good food. Waitress not very pleasant. As a paying customer, we had gotten an appetizer. Then wanted salad bar. Order burgers and told her twice to wait on burgers until we were done with salads. Then it was brought not even half was through our salads. Told he we had said to hold it until later and she said No we did not. She also said she had to place it with the order. She swiped it off the table and turned and said WHAT EVER. I DON'T CARE. Later the cook came out and made it right. And a different server came and finished our then very good service. Very good burgers.

It was alright. Guess it depends on who's cooking that night. I've had steaks there that were perfect then other times way over cooked and hard to chew. Sometimes the shrimp are very flavorful other times bland like they didn't season them. Salad bar is the only thing that seems consistently good. Picture of my medium rare steak fried to a crisp and tough and like chewing rubber.

Attention, Previous reviews are not up-to-date, Ruby Tuesdays in Warner Robins has changed a lot recently.. Ruby Tuesdays was pretty mediocre, at best. I've lived here for years, and the food was poor, service was poor, everything like that. People typically criticize Applebees around here (right across the street) but Ruby Tuesdays used to be even worse than them, and that showed in the business they would get.<br/><br/>However, in the last several months, the menu and quality of food has changed a WHOLE lot, for the better, and the service and management, as well as the dining environment have all gotten a lot better. The salad bar is still like it used to be, but that's always been decent. Prices have gone up a little, but for good reason. Their quality is now definitely above Applebees, more on par with O'Charleys, except quieter! Management is much better now, servers are better, and since their menu had the huge change, every time I've ordered food since has been DELICIOUS and others I dine with always agree.<br/><br/>Before they changed, I MIGHT go to Ruby Tuesdays around once a year. Now, Once a month probably. They've really fixed things up.

I hadn't been to this Ruby Tuesday in a long time. Now I know why. The service was horrible! The crab cake I ordered did not taste very good. Too much fillet and not enough crabmeat. Waitress kept forgetting to bring drinks and the biscuits we asked for. The manager apologized and said they weren't expecting the crowd. What crowd? If he considers 8 tables a crowd, then they must do horrible business

So sad.... I used to get coupons to Ruby Tuesday for B1G1, so I'd make a point to go (as I'm an admitted coupon whore). Anyway, I always found the food to be pretty darn good, the salad bar to be excellent, and the service to be ok. Well, this all changed about a year ago. I've been there a few times since whatever it was that caused this change, but the food is just plain lousy, the portions are smaller, and the salad bar isn't as good as it used to be (the ingredients are not so fresh). The service is still ok. The last time we went, he knew it wasn't good so he gave us the salads and replaced my horrible spaghetti squash with more fries (ugh). Anyway, it looks like I won't be back to this location, no matter what kind of coupons they offer. It makes me sad to see an expired coupon, but it makes me even more sad to spend any money at all on food this bad.

Large group. We had a group of 30 heading back to Atlanta from a high school competition - this Ruby Tuesday's was able to accomodate us with 30 minutes notice - they cleared an area for us so we wouldn't bother other customres - they were very friendly and efficient - we appreicated their gracious hospitality on such short notice.

Not a fan. I've eaten here about 4, maybe 5 times, never by my choice, but that of my friends'. Each time, the food was either cold, stale, or not too tastey. Also the very last time i ate there the service was fairly poor. Drinks took about 15 minutes after empty to be refilled, it was a slow night too.
