If I could give 0 stars, I would!!! Yesterday was my birthday so we went to the restaurant because I wanted some fried ice cream to celebrate. There were 5 of us and we sat on the patio. We all order and once our food arrives as soon as our waiter (whom by the way very rude) hands me the plate I say there’s a hair in my plate right by my food. He stands there for 2 minutes looking for the hair like I am lying about it so I finally point the hair out to him and he said ok. He then comes out with the same tacos they just transferred them to a different plate. My friend then proceeds to tell him it’s my birthday so they could come out and sing and bring dessert and he completely ignores her. When I went to check out the manager was nice as I explained to her how he was rude and the issue with the hair and she gave a $6.00 discount. Might I add the food that had hair on it was over $6.00. It’s sad because we do come here frequently but I will not be coming back. I worked as a server for 4 years and work in customer service now this is not how you treat your customers!

From the reviews you can tell where this one is headed. Wasn't always like this, I've been coming for over two years. It was only until recently that I realized how far from what it was to how it is now. It was already enough hearing the manager argue with customers in front of other customers. But to have multiple reviews about hair and roaches in the food, people please listen to the warning. Just because things are good now does not mean it will continue to be. I found a hair in my food not too long ago but because no one has the hair color, I just made it up. Refused to remake the order, waiter even told me they got upset and that it was too late to remake. Really? So I guess everyone else in the review section made it up too. Not to mention the dirty tables every time we went, while employees just sit either on the menus or on their phone. Will not be returning.
