OMG! My daughter had me calling around at the last minute to get a skull cake done for her husband's birthday. Every place I called told me that they couldn't because of the short notice... BUT😁! SMALL CAKES was able to fill the order with no hesitation. Thank you SMALL CAKES for make his birthday A GREAT ONE. The CAKES were moist, tastefully decorated and sooo delicious, we enjoyed😁

Did not create cake that was specifically ordered This email still has not been responded to: Since I don't receive a response yesterday, I have decided to file an official complaint via this page. We were looking to order a King cake for my daughter's birthday. After calling at least 8 places, only 2 stated that they made them,  your business and Decadent. Trying to find the best cost,  I called Decadent again on 1/19 who then advised what they had was a regular cake with King cake decorations, at which time I thanked them but explained that wasn't what we were interested in. Directly after that at 11:14am on the above mentioned date I called back to your establishment. I don't recall the young lady's name I spoke to.. not sure she ever said it. During this conversation,  MULTIPLE times I explained what we were interested in and even discussing the previous call to Decadent. To confirm she understood I asked if she was familiar at which point SHE said "Yes,  the Cinnamon streusel in a ring shape." And we even discussed including the baby. I had even asked for pictures but was advised there were none available. Living in Macon, I asked my daughter to pick up the cake for convenience since I wouldn't be in Warner Robins until today. When she picked it up (and yes she did sign for it, thinking the misunderstanding was on my part)  she called me from the parking lot to let me know. Needless to say,  I was very upset because this was discussed in great detail during the ordering process. My daughter, at that point, tried to return the cake because it was NOT what I paid for, only to be told there were no returns or refunds. At this point I called and spoke to another young lady who said she was the person in charge who told me I was the one who made the error and no one in the store would have told me it was an authentic King cake.  Also, to let you know,  her attitude was very disrespectful.. at one point I said original King cake and she smarted off and said "Well it IS an original" when clearly I had meant authentic. At one point she said it was round and that's what they meant.. then she had the nerve to say they could cut out the middle to make it a ring shape! At this point since no one responded back within the 4 hours between my call and business closing, we have been left with no other choice but to use the cake we were given, being that I ordered well in advance to ensure it was ready for today. There was no way to correct it even by trying to locate someone else. I'm reaching out to request some sort of compensation.. since we have to keep the cake possibly a 50% refund since this is clearly not what was ordered or expected. The young lady I spoke with on 1/23 said the audio could be pulled for the date of the order to confirm what was said by your employee on 1/19 and I sincerely suggest you review. I will be saving a copy of this request in case needed for future purposes. Person who took order: Ariel

I used to come in here a lot. Not so much anymore. There’s been several occasions where I’ve come 30 minutes until closing because I had just gotten off work. You can tell the cupcakes have been sitting out all day. I asked the employee if she could get me a fresh cupcake, she said no. I think they should at least charge half price for the ones they’ve left out for 8 hours. They know as well as everyone else the quality isn’t as good when they’ve been sitting out exposed like that. The cupcakes are also starting to taste too sweet and dry at times.

I ordered a dozen cupcakes as a surprise for my daughter and what a surprise it was! None of the flavors I requested and when I called to complain, the young lady said there was nothing they could do. I am highly disappointed that I’m in Virginia, trying to surprise my child for Christmas, spent that amount of money for a product I’m not happy with and rudely told “there’s nothing we can do”. They could have even offered her another cupcake or something, but no, customer service isn’t a priority. I am highly disappointed and wish I had not trusted them with my order.
