Cracker Barrel

I placed a curbside order and it came out in about 5 minutes of me arriving so that was great! Got home and everything was correct but while I was eating I found a hair in my food and it looks like a split end, not very appetizing. So I called and spoke to manger to ask for a refund (not for the whole order just the meal that had a hair in it) was told that they can’t do that and can only replace it and I told them I didn’t really want to eat there after seeing a hair so all the call got me was my name in their book for a replaced meal that I don’t want to eat and that I would have to drive across town to get. I know the manger doesn’t make the rules so nothing against them, but I wish the restaurant could change their policies. I used to love this place and coming with my family but the past few times haven’t been the same.

Haven't wrote a review in a while Due to Covid-19 but glad I'm getting to now. I've been Coming to this Cracker Barrel since I was a kid. I've always experienced helpful people here. Good food, good hygiene in the restrooms & throughout the store. The food is delicious & recently tried the new Bacon & Egg Breakfast Casserole. I urge you to try this it'll be your go to Breakfast item. I know because it's my Go-To from now on.

We love cracked barrel, however getting sat at this location takes forever. Service could be a bit faster. Our last visit they said they could sit us after waiting over an hr (which they had said 45- 60 min wait) which we understood it was busy time. We had to ask about our table, they said they technically couldn't sit us but they were going to because they were trying "to be nice". They could have easily told us that at the beginning rather than making us wait 80 min or so.

Stopped by this location on my way through town. I had read reviews of a few Cracker Barrels in Macon and this one in Warner Robin's. Out of all the reviews this one was the most consistent with good reviews. I was there on Thanksgiving day. They were very busy, but did an excellent job at keeping everyone social distanced and the tables bussed and sanitized. I would recommend getting yourself on the waitlist through the app a little before you arrive. I was able to walk right in to a table where everyone else was getting a 45 minute wait for a table. My server was good at her job and I wish I'd got her name to recommend her on my review. I was pleased at this location. Would visit it again.
