Compared to Trowbridge branch, very poor...... The lady on the tills had absolutely no personality or skills whatsoever and she was also pouring the coffee which looks like something you could get at home. Absolutely no skill involved …
Really good coffee. A nice atmosphere, busy place. Friendly and good service. I would recommend. The almond croissant was exceptionally good.

Great place to stop for coffee and a bite after playing in the snow. Very atmospheric and warm. Nice savouries and absolutely sublime cakes.
Friendly service, and a cozy place to relax with a book or your laptop.
Why is coffee served luke warm in this place? I could have downed it in one! I specifically asked for steaming hot coffee when ordering yet it was only just warm when served to us. It was replaced with no fuss but what a waste. Chairs ripped and seats sagging. Some of the profits could be reinvested in smartening up the furniture.
