Everyone has there favorite dunkin they go to, this is the one you drive past to get to your favorite... Want your cold brew in the afternoon? They already ran out. Missing items or get your order wrong all the time. Decide to just cut out the middle man and order on the app? They didn't make it and lost the order so you have to repeat yourself anyway. Just not good..

By far the slowest dunks I ever seen. I've tried everything hoping I could save me the ridiculous tone I've waited every time.. I've ordered ahead 5 times now, n keep waiting longer to go pick it up, n hopes at least one time they would have em ready. I've just come to realize , they don't care n just wait for u to actually go there to have em.. I'm done.. never again will I go there. I will b going to the dunks that is a lil further away, cuz I know there will b no wait when I get there to get my coffee

Everytime I'm there, it's a bad experience. Constantly forget items, gets the order wrong. And this morning, I sat at the register and no one helped me. The manager after 10 minutes rudely said to a coworker, "can you just get that guy " who had already left 5 mins ago. Never again!!!

Was told I couldn't get my latte 1 hour before they close, due to the workers shutting the expresso machine off early for no reason besides not wanting to make coffee. The expresso machine should not be shut off at 6pm when they are open till 7. Utter laziness, and its a daily occurrence. Other dunking in the area always can make my coffee if they are open.

Asked for bacon chicken croissant and got a made up wrap including everything bagel seasoning.. What in tarnation is going on? If you don't have it, that's ok, tell me.. Please don't try to make something that isn't.

this is by far the worst dunkin around, everytime i go here my order is either wrong, missing something or my food is just sloppy and a mess. not to mention the employees are very rude.. they have horrible customer service. today the employee literally sighed at me when i asked for no egg on my sandwich. only go to this location if you want your whole day to be ruined by thier bad attitudes.

I very rarely leave comments on here but today I have to…I‘be been coming to this Dunkins on the weekends since I moved & live now a stone throw away..It’s very convenient but I’m to the point of driving a few miles away due to the horrible service that I receive ALMOST every time I go into this place..I was the only one in the store today & nobody looked my way for almost 9 mins & then I got an eye roll once they saw me ..I know cause I looked at my cell..Top it off its 40/60 shot they get our coffees correct…I think they need to pay more attention to the walk-ins instead of the drive through window in my opinion…

Slow, rude. Save your money and go the one in Marion. Terrible coffee. Just a bunch of unhappy workers in there. Worst dunks in Wareham. Should be able to give zero stars as one is too gracious.
