Dunkin'

This is by far my favorite D&D in the world, service and staff amazing. However, lately this D&D has been dropping the ball. The employees are new, confused, slow and for the first time ever here ( and I've been a regular for years) my order was wrong....... what's going on???? Its always been 5+ stars.....

Ordinarily this place is pretty good However, the last couple of times I went, I chose curbside and waited more than 20mins each time. I was especially mad the last time I went because I not only waited 30mins but I had to get out of my vehicle because I just couldn't afford to wait any longer because I had my toddlers in the car; when I asked where my order was the girl looked confused and told me she didn't know, then said someone may have put it in the indoor pickup spot. At first I was thankful that it was even there in the first place but what I didn't know was that it was full of the cleaner chemicals and I unfortunately didn't taste my drink until I was already back in my car. I nearly puked all over the inside of my car, and thankfully at a stoplight and spat it out the window. At that point I felt that I couldn't trust these people to make the drink properly so I didn't even turn my car around to go back and have them fix it. After tasting it I realized the color was very off and very orange. I went to another location that happily fixed it. They even smelled it and told me that there was definitely something wrong with what they gave me and clearly inedible. I'm glad I didn't take more than one sip because I probably would've ended up in the hospital.
