Subway

So I don't generally have high expectations for subway, but this was the best Subway sandwich I've had in a long time. The biggest thing was the presentation. It looked awesome. If I hadn't mowed through it, I'd show you a picture. The staff was friendly and fast, and the store was immaculate. I was pleasantly surprised.

Super disappointed in this place today. We ordered online for a 12:30 pickup, mind you we had ordered from her about 2 weeks ago and showed up 5 minutes (FIVE MINUTES) early and got scolded for being early, and they were not ready. Today, they continued with the customer ordering, which I was totally fine with and then asked if I was there to pick up. He knew which order it was and asked if I was waiting on it, which I confirmed. He never said anything to me about it not being ready and just continued talking with the other customers. What I did not appreciate is that they gave me a hard time before for being early a few weeks ago and now they are acting like its no big deal that they are late. You cannot have it both ways! On top of all of that, they have NO CHEESE. I understand that items are limited due to the current situation, totally fine. The issue I have with it is 1 - I wouldn't have know had I not come in and heard him tell another customer and 2 - he never actually told me, made my sandwiches and never said a word. Why doesn't the app that I am ordering on state no cheese? I paid for something that I requested specifically and would have altered my order had I known. On top of that, he never even said anything! They used to be very nice and a joy to order from. We will not be back as the past 2 occurrences have been nothing but a disappointment.

Be aware, and NOT order from this store!! Worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant--the manager and the owner are  alike --rude and no ethics. I really wonder if their raw vegetables are even edible since their ethics are not to the code-they would not care about spit in the sandwich at this difficult and unusual time. I really sympathize most of the restaurants at this difficult time and rooting for them, but this store deserved to be out of business 100%. Be aware other restaurants this same owner owns, and avoid them--Newton, Needham, Avon, Wayland etc. The owner name is N Patel, very wealthy business man who owns multiple restaurants but ZERO ethics/morale. I feel sorry for the employee, except the terrible manager. Please avoid this restaurant at any cost!

The Indian lookin lady that prepares the food is very rude and doesn’t understand that much English. I tell her to put the red wine vinegar and she does puts it but when I tell her to put mayo and chipotle sauce, she completely ignores me and proceeds with the order. The steak is not fresh and the lettuce seems to be old. Overall, my experience with this subway restaurant was unpleasant.
