Dunkin'

Happy and hardworking staff, very polite as well. Quick and timely delivery of food. Excellent communication amongst both employees and their customers. Clean Establishment, and a diverse group of personnel that represents Americans of all demographics. Unfortunately no drive-through, but the team is so efficient that it does not matter.

I usually go there on my way to work and I never waited long for my order. I do not order through the app because when I come inside the store and place my order, the Dunkin team usually makes my coffee and sandwich in 3-5 minutes. Fast service. Customer service is great. Inside the store always clean and nice. They always have everything in stock.

The rudest cashier ever works here and she should be fired. She swore at me because my app did not work properly. She called me a Karen. It didn’t ruin my day because she is the one with the problem. It is not the end of the world that my app does not work. I just left without my coffee. That is all. It is only coffee and this blonde cashier needs to please get some help. She has a serious attitude problem. It’s not my fault the app does not work. It is no one’s fault. This person needs to take a deep breath, inhale and exhale. Realize she is working with the public. Figure out how to help the customer. The manager is not any help either. I am writing this review because I am not the only one who experienced this with this employee.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts almost daily since I began working in Waltham years ago. This morning I went in to get my coffee just to be told I need to wear a face mask, again. I’ve been going there daily for months without having to wear a mask and to have it suddenly implemented again just puts a lot of stress on people for no good reason. I don’t know if this is per manager discretion or not but where I work that is how we operate. I understand employers requiring employees to be masked if they want, but requiring all guests and customers to be as well is a many steps too far and absolutely in the wrong direction. Bad experience and won’t be returning unless this mandate is lifted.
