I will never go here again. I gave them 2 chances. Third try and they struck out. Beyond Avocado (Vegetarian) tacos was a mess. Chips was stale and the salsa did not have a top, they had to cover it with some old looking foil. I didn’t eat it. They had no strawberries to go with the strawberry lemonade I ordered. The cashier apologized and said they would “upgrade” it to a large drink free of charge. So I asked for a regular lemonade which tasted watered down. It was all waste of my $10. I had somewhere to be so I didn’t go back to return the mess they gave me. Good luck ordering food from here.

Had no problem and enjoyed the fast efficient service for a year. But as of lately, service per customer in the drive-thru takes up around 8~10 -- making us wait in the lot.
It seems to be understaffed, but workers don't seem urgent to prepare food correctly - missing condiments upon requests.
Unnacceptable. Something needs to change because I always stop by here to grub on the way home from work.

The food here is terrible! It was terrible 4 years ago when I first moved to the neighborhood, so bad I quit coming to this location. The Del Taco on 21060 Golden Springs Dr, Diamond Bar was great, but they closed that location and left this terrible establishment open. Just went back this week and it’s even worse than I remember. All of my food was burned and the tacos were missing ingredients with overwhelming amount of white sauce that made me want to vomit.
I will NEVER go to this del taco location again.

If the do that with money, how do they prepare your food???????
If you want to continue eating Deltaco I suggest going to another one, of not will you'll stop being a deltaco customer

Beans are no good they need to put more effort in there food...some of the drive thru employees are rude not all....I really wish they could step of food quality I work in the area I would like to see some changes....thank you

Never had an issue here until today, I ordered 6 tacos and 4 of them don’t even have enough meat to fill the bottom of the taco. If I were to combine the meat from these 4, I wouldn’t even have as much meat from all of them put together to equal 1 taco that has normal proportions. Totally skimped out on these. The other 2 of the 6 I ordered were normal. I don’t know how anyone could look at the amount of meat put into the 4 skimped ones and think that’s enough. On top of that, the hard shells were stale and slightly soggy. Overall a terrible experience. Also I ordered donut bites and they put them into the bag upside down making all the donuts fall into the bag from their pouches.

I just left this place and at first through the drive thru the girl was nice she asked me to wait in the front for my order i forgot to order something else so i went inside the white male working there was rude , i gave him the money in his hand for him to throw the change at me on the counter mean while my hand was out. The tacos i order was pretty much just the shell my son was sad because it hardly had meat. And lemonade didint have no flavor pretty much water. They should get a supervisor to help them explain how to treat the customers and properly put meat in the tacos....
