Taco Nazo

I completed a phone order and picked up a huge order of delicious fish, shrimp, and potato tacos. I also had a shrimp burrito. My family shared and had to taste a little of everything. The staff was super friendly and they supplied us with generous portions of food and chilies. I am always pleased by the crispy bread batter. So much flavor and the sea food is so fresh. If you look at the sign posted on the wall... it says all. Eat at Taco Nazo and you will be a forever loyal customer.

There's room for improvement, I love fish tacos, except the ones too commercialized. I still yet to see the perfect taco at a commercial establishment. Taco nazo, could be the place. The have the right Ingredients, but here comes the but. One tortilla is more then enough. The fish, does not need to be fried in flour. Just the fish, in and out without overfrying. This is the biggest skill by the chef or assistants. Not everyone like two tortillas deemed in grease, why? One can size 4 perhaps a size 5. Just one.. without the grease. Just the fish, with out the flour.. then perhaps you will have the perfect fish taco. In the meantime you can sell your junk to the common taste buds.
