Applebee's

Slow. That's how the service was. It took a good minute and a half to two before I was greeted and seated. Once there it took about 5+ mins to get a server to even take a drink order. Once I gave my drink and food order it took another 5+ mins to get my water, and the food took over 15 mins. Once I got the food it was subpar. I got the buffalo crispy chicken sandwhich which tasted rather close to a Jack in the Box sandwhich, and the bun was burnt and hard around edges. Probably won't be back here.

I got a nothing of a meal and paid almost 20 or 30 dollars the loaded baked potato soup had 2 strips of cheese on it 3 little pieces of bacon and I got lime chicken for almost sed amount I listed rip off o yeah there was a gordiflona there I asked her if they can turn down the air and that I was battling a bad cold all she did was sit me across the dumb table I was sitting in there was still a breeze outside it was like 65 how the hell those stupid places gotta be so dang cold awful never again don't waste your time or hard earned money there a Pepsi house I could have gotten a better deal at chilli's and I would have at least gotten Chip's the rice was awful b t w

Order one of the soups to go here with my food paid almost $6 for the soup and the soup was only halfway filled called them and told them about the situation talk to the manager and manager pretty much told me there's nothing they can do about it told her I would not be doing business with them anymore she didn't seem to care felt like she didn't really care about her job she didn't want to be there or something save yourself the headache and don't order from this place

Service was bad, food was good. We waited a solid 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we had come in. Someone working for Applebee's came up to us and asked us to donate to children's cancer before we even got menus or drinks. While I appreciate the effort to raise money for child cancer, I think the priority should be to focus on getting the customer what they came for. The servers were nice but seemed unfocused. Luckily the food was good, and beer always helps. Overall a solid 3 stars, led by the food.
