This Starbucks is somewhat hidden and since it doesn’t resemble what we normally think a Starbucks will look like, it’s easy to miss. The building has six sides with a wooden walkway and deck leading to the front door. The walkway goes over a large fountain that is noisy but just manages to drown out traffic sounds. Most of the seating is outside though there are a few spots inside. Because the building is so small, I don’t know where the bathrooms are located. However, I usually focus on getting coffee at Starbucks rather than peeing so the bathrooms offsite aren’t an issue.
Oh yes, the service is good and the coffee is the same as every other Starbucks so for this shop, five stars.

I'm a little disappointed on a couple of fronts. First and foremost, the employee overcharged me. When I gave the explanation, they tried to justify their overcharging. I finally had to stop them and just order it on the mobile app to prove my point. "Duh, I guess you were right." Damn straight.
Secondly, their iced coffee was a little bit too strong. That just happens when you go place to place in Starbucks. The iced coffee is not consistent.
On the good side, it's a beautiful location with a little pond outside. It has the feel of a Japanese tea house. Nice.
Virtually no indoor seating though. Not good for winter nor for computer users.

Went in to switch a drink which I normally have anxiety about but they were super understanding and gave no bad energy. Thank you guys for helping a tired mom out.

Went in for a quick caramel frap. Nice, clean Starbucks with super friendly batista's. Well stocked with snacks and merchandise. Had a quick chat with person preparing my drink while I waited, was out drink in hand in no time. Drink was perfectly made!
There is quite a large wooden patio/deck attached if you wanted to take a seat outside and enjoy your snack/drink or whatever, nice clear pond included.

Awful customer service. Rude workers. Arrived just prior to closing time and was told they decided to close early at their own discretion. Sarcastically talked back thanking me and hoping I enjoyed my time at their store.
Last time I frequent this place. They should put a sign saying open the hours we wish to be open and we don’t care who shows up at other times.

The customer service is good here. They always are friendly. It's a big plus that this Starbucks location is so beautiful. It's my favorite location! It's a little corner cabin looking Starbucks with a fountain outside so if you sit outside you can hear the water- it's relaxing and peaceful.

Quick service, good selection of coffee,tea,artisan drinks and confections. Its also equipped with free WiFi and sitting spaces. Friendly staff,reasonable prices esp when you have a Starbucks reloadable card you can collect reward stars that lead to free bakery items or coffee depending on how many gold stars you get. I love Starbucks because I feel they are a real example of what excellent customer service should be. I have never had a bad experience and I have been to quite a lot of them.

Bad actitud! Bad service. I waited 45 minutes to prepare my order and they gave me an item every 10 minutes! Horrible! Never will come back
